Start with an accurate source

Check your current experience before opening job tailoring. Paste the job description and identify the responsibilities you can support with real examples. A job requirement is not evidence that you have that skill or experience.

Select relevant contributions

Review the source entries and choose which ones belong in this application. For an operations role, a documented handoff improvement may be more useful than an unrelated design project. Preserve employers, roles, and dates accurately while changing the emphasis.

Review every suggestion

Manual review remains available without AI. Active paid subscribers have 30 AI requests per month shared with guided interviews. Requesting suggestions sends the job description and source experience to the configured AI provider (Groq or OpenAI), identified in the studio before submission. Review the remaining allowance first; submitted requests count even if they fail. Compare the proposed text with your source, edit or reject unsupported claims, and never add a metric simply because it sounds persuasive.

Create and inspect the variant

Create a separate resume from the reviewed selection. The original stays independent. Give the variant a useful name, check page breaks and contact details, and export the saved version intended for that application.
