Understand payment confirmation, cancellation, and what happens to exports and hosted links when paid access ends.

Choose your subscription
Subscriptions are available at $20 USD per month or $200 USD per year, shared by the same account across RoleFuel and GetResumePro. Verified .edu account emails automatically receive 50% off: $10/month or $100/year, with no extra student verification. There is no one-time purchase. Active paid subscribers have 30 AI requests per month shared by interviews and tailoring. Free accounts have no AI request allowance. Verified accounts have 5 LinkedIn URL import requests per month. Monthly allowances reset in UTC; submitted provider requests count even if they fail.
Wait for payment confirmation
Sign in with a verified account and open My resumes to choose a plan. Returning from checkout does not confirm payment. The Subscription section shows the recorded status and confirmed paid-period end in UTC. Use Refresh status after returning from billing; it reloads the recorded status and does not create another payment. If confirmation is delayed, keep your drafts and review the existing subscription before attempting another purchase.
Cancel renewal through billing management
Manage billing opens the billing portal for your account. Scheduled cancellation stops renewal at the end of the billing period. Access normally continues through the confirmed paid period; a refund or dispute can place that access under review. Deleting your account is a different action: it removes your cloud work and ends remaining access. It is not the way to keep your resumes while stopping renewal.
Resolve an incomplete or overdue payment
A payment-overdue or incomplete status needs review in billing management. A failed renewal does not establish a new paid period. The current implementation uses confirmed paid time and does not add a grace period. Check billing management for the recorded payment status. To request a refund of your first subscription payment, email [email protected] within 7 days. Renewal payments are excluded from this standard policy; your statutory rights are unaffected. Cancellation and account deletion do not automatically issue a refund.
Know what remains available
Manual editing remains available when paid access ends. Creating official PDF, DOCX, text or Markdown exports and publishing resume links require active access. Existing hosted pages and recipient PDF downloads also stop being available when access expires or a link is disabled. Files already downloaded remain with their recipients. Canceling renewal does not itself delete your cloud drafts, but keep your own copies of important documents.
