Publish and manage a resume link
Understand published versions, link access, and hosting duration.

Choose the version intentionally
Save the resume, then open Share and choose the saved revision you want recipients to see. Publishing creates an unlisted random link to that snapshot. Later draft edits stay private until you republish. Publication requires an account and active paid access.
Consider the contact details you include
An unlisted link is available to anyone who possesses it. Include only the information you want to share with that audience. A random address makes discovery harder, but it is not a password.
Know when hosting ends
The subscription plan is $20 monthly or $200 annually, with hosting through the paid period. There is no one-time purchase plan. Verified .edu accounts pay $10 monthly or $100 annually. Hosting ends when active paid access ends.
Keep a copy for applications
Allow recipient PDF downloads only if you want viewers to keep a file. PDF preparation finishes before publication. Use Disable to turn off the link, or Rotate to replace its address and invalidate the old one. Neither action can remove a copy someone already downloaded. Keep a file in the format the employer requests.
