Can I request a refund?

Request a refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days by emailing [email protected]. Renewal payments are excluded from this standard policy. Refunds are reviewed by support; cancellation does not automatically issue one. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the billing terms.

Can I finish my resume before paying?

Yes. You can finish your resume, try all twenty templates, and preview it for free without signing in. Official downloads and hosted publishing require an active paid subscription.

How long will my resume link stay online?

Through your paid subscription period. Canceling will stop future renewals while preserving access through the period already paid for.

Is AI included?

An active paid subscription includes 30 AI requests per calendar month, shared between guided interviews and job tailoring. Allowances reset on the first day of each month in UTC; submitted requests count even if the provider fails. Free accounts have no AI request allowance. Verified accounts can request 5 LinkedIn URL imports per month. Check your remaining allowance in the studio.

What can I do in the workspace?

Imports let you review the extracted text before creating a separate resume. Sign in with Google or an email link for cloud autosave and to manage, rename, duplicate, or delete your resumes.
